Villa Campo Amati sits in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the hills of Southern Tuscany.
The villa is within walking distance to the pretty village of San Casciano dei Bagni and the luxury spa, Fonterverde.
The interior of the villa is airy light and beautiful, mixing contemporary furniture and antiques.
There is an open fireplace in the living room and cosy sofas and armchairs, perfect for a gathering of friends and family or for some relaxing downtime, to snuggle up and to read a favourite book.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining areas, both inside and outside.
There are five bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms located in a separate annex. All of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, with both the Master and Double bedroom in the annexe with Jacuzzi baths.
To the exterior of the villa lies the landscaped gardens and swimming pool including a shaded area with sun loungers and a shower. The villa is surrounded by stunning views of the Tuscan countryside.
Luxury holidays in Tuscany are flourishing thanks to the many charms this beautiful region boasts. Even the most discerning of travellers will find their perfect holiday rental in Tuscany. The variety of property on offer includes apartments, farmhouses, luxury villas, mansions and other unique properties.
For many travellers to Italy, Tuscany rules supreme over all the other regions of the country. Her artistic wealth is so rich that one is left in awe at the endless roll call of the great names of artists who have worked there and of the cities and villages that contain their works. Her bucolic countryside of rolling hills clad with vines and woodlands creates a world of rural harmony from which one half expects figures from the quattrocento paintings to walk out. Her cuisine delights with its variety drawn from the land and the sea (Tuscany has a long coastline), from its hot summers and harsh, cold winters, all washed down with local wines.
These iconic images give Tuscany a timeless familiarity about it, but of course Tuscany is far more complex than just being a countryside of well known rural views and treasure trove towns. For there is another Tuscany to discover, more secretive, more isolated, a verdant idyll, tucked away in small hidden valleys below steep wooded hills, or sheltered from the elements on the sweeping, almost lunar landscape of the Crete Senese plains in the south. The two Tuscany's, known and unknown, live side by side.
For every Florence, Siena or Arezzo, overwhelmed by tourism (and with good reason), there is a small village down a country lane where, the insides of a church have been adorned by a master, or a palazzo opens its doors to the public to reveal its glorious rooms.
