As the driest state in the country, South Australia is defined by its dramatic and beautiful landscape. Whilst most of the state is made up of the outback, the capital of Adelaide is a vibrant and cultured coastal city that embraces the heat with festivals, great food and most importantly, fantastic wine.

South Australia is famous for its many wine regions, including the Barossa Valley, Mclaren Vale and Adelaide Hills, to name but a few.

Getting to the outback is just a short trip away from Adelaide and is well worth a visit. The raw and natural beauty of this largely untouched area allows you to feel as though you have stepped back in time, even if only for a day or two.
