Grenada

If you are looking for an opulent break in an exotic Caribbean location, then look at our luxury holidays in Grenada.  This beautiful island nation offers a wealth of luxury resorts and activities, perfect for travellers looking to escape the ordinary and experience the extraordinary.  From scuba diving and snorkelling in the turquoise waters to exploring the tropical rain forests of Grand Etang National Park or maybe a selfie at the stunning Seven Sisters Waterfalls, there is something for everyone in Grenada.

Grenada is commonly known as the ‘spice of the Caribbean’ - due to its production of nutmeg and mace crops - and has a bevy of gorgeous, soft-sand beaches and a mountainous, lush rainforest-covered interior.

This island is perfect for those looking to explore whilst on holiday - a hike in the rainforest is a must - with trails following lake shorelines, while others are rugged and untamed giving travellers an insight to the paths carved out by the first settlers on the islands.

Other prime activities include sailing, particularly around the protected bays of Grenada's deeply indented south coast, and diving: as well as reefs and wrecks, there is a unique underwater sculpture park to explore. Or simply lie back and enjoy the lovely sandy beaches of this truly enchanting island.

If you're looking for a luxury holiday in the Caribbean, Grenada should be at the top of your list. With its stunning beaches, lush rainforest and welcoming locals, you'll be able to relax and recharge in style.  Our team have a wealth of knowledge about the resorts and must see sights in Grenada so get in touch and find out more about our exciting holidays to this island paradise.

The climate of Grenada is a tropical one, hot and humid all year round, with a relatively cool and dry season from January to mid April, and a hot, humid and rainy season from June to December.

In the former period, the northeast trade winds (constant winds typical of these climates) blow steadily and with moderate intensity, while in the latter period the winds are more irregular and may have some breaks, increasing the feeling of sultriness.

The driest months are January through April - this is the best time to visit, though if you like to party, the raucous August Carnival is also a brilliant time to be in Grenada.
