  • Sleeps 8 + 2

One of a very few free standing chalets available to rent in the Swiss resort of Zermatt, Chalet Castor is a firm favourite for families & friends in search of a versatile chalet to retreat to after an exhilarating day on the slopes.

Commanding enviable views over the picture postcard resort of Zermatt, this highly handy chalet is a short walk into the hustle and bustle of town (via a beautiful pathway, we might add, that meanders through the side streets that feels like you are stepping back in time!). Yet it is positioned along the hillside above the resort, so ideal for anyone in the party wishing to escape from these escapades.

Feet up in front of the fireplace or indulging in the private hot tub on the terrace will more than make up for the action below you may feel you’re missing out on!

The open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room area draws family & friends together. Be it as you sip on your champagne and sample delicate canapés whilst you watch in awe as your private chef prepares your dinner for that evening. Or gather around and watch your own designated chef prepare your sumptuous supper in the fully equipped kitchen if booked on the fully-catered basis.

Whether you book your stay on the fully-catered or the self-catered basis, both will be provided with the same warm, alpine & contemporary interiors. As well as the latest technology with flat screen TVs, more than a hundred Satellite channels and geothermal heating to ensure that this delightful chalet is also helping reduced our carbon footprint. Just think of it as the gift that keeps on giving!
