The chalet boasts a separate TV room on the ground floor that provides the ideal hideaway for some downtime after a fun-filled day on the slopes. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area hosts the quintessential setting to indulge in culinary delights whilst relaxing amongst the deluxe furnishings of Ligne Roset and the dazzling fireplace.

To truly unwind, take a dip in the chalet’s outdoor sunken hot tub, accessed through the sliding terrace doors. Located in a quaint cul-de-sac in the Mussillon region of Méribel, the chalet sits perfectly overlooking the sensational mountainous backdrop.

The bedrooms are finished to a remarkably high standard with a contemporary and luxurious feel. All of the bedrooms are generously-sized and either have a walk-in shower or bath.

Bedrooms one and two are located on the ground and first floor and the Master bedroom plus two Family Suites occupy the second floor.

The Master bedroom is spacious and light, flaunting elements of both finesse and comfort; with ample storage, a stylish walk-in shower and a desk / office area. Sliding doors open onto the terrace, where the breath-taking valley views are in abundance.

An unrivalled feature of Le Pousse Caillou are the two family suites, accommodating two adults and two children in each room. Although slightly on a smaller scale in comparison to the other bedrooms, both rooms have a fixed double bed, with one bedroom having an interconnecting children’s bedroom and the other, a trendy mezzanine floor accessed via a ladder / staircase.

Region

The prettiest resort of the famed Trois Vallées, with easy access to both the Courchevel and Val Thorens, Meribel really makes for an ideal base in which to explore every corner of France’s largest ski area. Méribel lies at the heart of the Three Valleys with Courchevel and Val Thorens being easily reached via efficient & easy piste & lift connection. For those that wish to venture even further, the fourth valley Orelle can be reached within a day’s skiing.

Beginner skiers will still feel in the thick of the action with the slopes being up in mountains rather than limited to in & around the centre – our particular favourite areas being Foret & Blanchot above Meribel Village (top tip – beat the morning crowds & take the Golf Lift from Méribel Village instead of from the crowded Chaudanne). Intermediates will enjoy seeking out some of the red and black runs that can be found at the higher altitudes of Les Menuires, served up with spectacular views. With around 200 lifts and over 600km of pistes and limitless powder opportunities the advanced skier will be in their element and almost spoilt for choice.

The village itself has been constructed in traditional Savoyarde style using only wood, stone and slate, making it architecturally pleasing on the eye. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to suit every taste and plenty of activities to do off the slopes too. A resort with bags of alpine charm, breath-taking scenery and vast amounts of fabulous skiing, we can completely understand its continuing popularity.

This chalet is available to rent during the Winter Ski Season only – December through to April.

Accommodation, breakfast, afternoon tea, children's high tea (if appropriate), and drinks and canapés before a freshly prepared dinner on six nights.
Wine, beer and soft drinks are complimentary throughout your stay.
Our in-resort chauffeur service is available from 8am to 10pm every day, covering the Méribel valley (not Mottaret).
