Rocksure - Alpha Fund

Rocksure pioneered the concept of shared property ownership and enjoyment of multiple overseas properties in 2006 with the launch of the Alpha Fund.

The contrast of the Rocksure equity model with single destination fractional ownership was very marked and the model was extremely well-received by High Net Worth individuals.  A total of over £5.7 million was raised in just over 8 months.

Rocksure had already researched the destinations in detail and so, with the money safely in the bank, the Fund was able to purchase the six properties within a short time.

Several beautiful houses were purchased – all with 4 or 5 bedrooms and all in spectacular locations. The Fund also purchased a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment on the 21st. floor of a newly renovated building in Manhattan, New York,  less than 5 minutes walk from Central Park.

The Shareholders in the Fund have been able to enjoy all their joint ownership properties since 2007 and will continue to do so until 2014. This first Fund proved the model as well as the reservations system and other procedures, all of which have been improved even further in subsequent Funds.
