The Rocksure Concierge

Rocksure’s regional (US, European & Asian) concierge service coordinates reservations and provides all important inside information on every location such as hotel transport, car hire, tennis, biking where to eat, what to see, the nearest beaches, the best ski runs, cultural attractions, golf courses, riding, fishing, rafting and so on.

On arrival at a Rocksure apartment, Shareholders and their guests are greeted by the local Rocksure concierge, who is also responsible for managing the property. He/she ensures that occupiers are familiar with the way everything works, will answer any questions and help to facilitate any special needs. Although they do not live in, they are available by mobile phone 24 hours a day.

The local concierge also organises the daily maid service to clean and tidy the apartment, including the kitchen, and provide a change of towels and bed linen as appropriate.

Rocksure believes that one of the most challenging aspects of a villa holiday with a party of family and friends is delegating day-to-day tasks such as shopping for food and drinks, preparing and serving meals and the inevitable clearing up. That is why all of the Rocksure villas around the World are looked after by a Housekeeper/Cook who also prepares and serves lunch or dinner on six days per week, allowing everyone to have a real holiday. The housekeeper acts as the local concierge and will help with all day-to-day arrangements.

We naturally want all our Shareholders and their guests to enjoy their stays to the full, so a comprehensive menu of services is available in each property (and via a link from the Shareholders private website). Babysitters, nannies, chefs, car hire, beauty treatments, transfers and excursions etc., can all be booked through Rocksure prior to departure at an extra cost.
